2001 Volvo S80 Repair Question

Idling problem
When i start my car it idles fine for a few minutes the it drops to about 600rpm then revs back up to 1000rpm and that happens all the time it suck when you are slowing down and the car revs up and jumps forward no check engine light on

This a turbo or none turbo engine? If this is a turbo then your PCV system needs to be cleaned out along with the throttle body. This should take are of the problem. Worse case scenario you would need a new throttle body and those are expensive since they need to be programmed to the vehicle. Start with the clean and let me know what happens?
