We have spark at plugs, fuses all good, NO injector pulse, NO 12V supply to injector harness with key on. With propane applied to throttle bore, car will run until propane is shut off.

We live in Canada and the weather is approx 10 below. Car has been plugged in and is parked outdoors. Car ran fine for a 1000 mile trip, parked for 5 days and did not use it. Went to start and will not run. Hope you can help. I am a auto tech but I do not work on Volvo's.

Hi there,

with no injection pulse, i would be looking at a crank angle sensor, or a cam angle sensor, i am no Volvo tech either, but there may be a manual code extraction you can try.
