I would like a wiring diagram and the location of all relays. My car failed to start. I have a brand-new starter and battery. Needing to know what I should try next.

So, the car has no power at all? Did you remove the plastic covers from the new battery terminals? Here is the main power feed wiring diagrams and a guide that may help:

and

Does the car have power but not crank over? please go over this guide:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

I charged the battery and reinstalled it. I got power and used a test light to check fuses and alternator. I clipped my test light to the negative post and touched the connector of my alternator and got light. I then clipped to the positive post and touched the alternator, and I got light. I then clipped to the negative post and checked my first fuse box, and everyone lit up. When I got to my second fuse box none of my fuses lit up. I removed every fuse and checked them with just a regular fuse tested and they were all good. So, I'm thinking that the whole fuse box mat needs to be replaced. What do you think?

Yep, they go bad, do all of the main fuses have power and are good? The fuse panel inside the car can be controlled by the push button ignition switch as well. This tells the BCM to power on certain circuits, it might be worth it to use a CAN scanner to see if any codes come up that can help us fix it, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

Please go over these guides and get back to us.
