Truck failed to start anti-theft flashes 11?

I was having a misfire changed out the coil pack then truck went downhill, lost power, running too rich, then completely stopped starting, scanner read bad coil B, so I reverted back to the old one, the truck started up again, while it was running the battery cable terminal looked loses so I turned the truck off tighten the battery. The truck failed to start anti-theft flashes 11, but goes out after a bit, also my scanner does not pull up any codes.

A flash pattern of "11" on some Ford vehicles can indicate a problem with the PATS system where it's not reading the key, or the key is not properly programmed. I would do a hard system reboot, here is how:
