Ford truck not starting

Has a newer engine.Truck's odometer and rpm needle started reading to the max end of dials even truck going slow. Changed instrument panel.Now truck not starting,will start if you spray starter fluid in throttle.Not getting power to fuel pump. Fuses are ok. Tried new fuel pump but no luck.Inertia switch ok. Please help

Check the fuel pump relay

replaced fp relay with no luck

Could be the computer is not grounding the relay

sshould i change wiring pcm or both remember i am not mechanically oriented

Have someone check the wiring back to the computer for an open and short circuit-

checked all wiring and everything seems good.Any more ideas will be helpful Thank you

addendum fuel injectors not opening

Do you have power to one of the wire on the injector harness if so check the computer injector ground driver
