Electrical problem
1999 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 112000 miles

I found the fuse box under the hood of my car but I have no lights on the instrument panel for my speedometer or gear shift. Is there a fuse box inside of the car that takes car of this? My radio and clock works fine.
