The ground on #4 is the cars ground to bulb. I just put that in because it is already there. IGNORE it.

Try without the jumper on #1 and #3 with red and black wire NOT going to INT relay but JUST DIRECT to the red/yellow @ switch. And ALL the other wires plugged into the INT relay.

And if you NEED to try it WITH the #1 and #3. Jumpered?

Let us know
Dave

OK, we're going to find the problem this afternoon.
First, lets reiterate a bit.
All jumpers ARE removed? YES?

All connections are together and relays are in place, Including the INTG. And the Headlight relays. YES?

The #'s and wire colors we will be using will be from the diagram I faxed you.

Is everything "cool" to this point? YEEEEES?

Some of this may seem redundant, but it will work.
At this point the headlights don't work. We know this.
Now run a jumper wire from "HL relay" term #4( RD/BLK) to "headlight switch" terminal #13(RD/YEL).
Do the headlights, only the headlights, work on low beam? High beam? And flash?

Let me know, I won't go to any other posts until I hear from you.

Did you have the HL switch on? If YES, and still nothing. Remove the jumper end from HL switch term #13(RD/YEL) and ground it. Lights come on?

Are you sure you have a good connection where your jumper wire connects to to term #4(RD/BLK) on the HL relay?

If you're (NOT) sure about the connection, with another short jumper, ground term #4(RD/BLK) at the HL relay. Yesterday, you said in doing this, the relay closed and headlights came. Would you check again. IS the relay closing?

Connection is good. Grounded at relay with no lights. The reason the relay closed is because I had #1 & #3 jumped together.

OK, we'll go back to why #3 is dead later.
Re-install the jumper between #1 & #3.

Then go back to our first jumper and re-attach it to term #13(RD/YEL) at the headlight switch. Switch ON, do you have lights? High/low/and flash

OK, Mike, we're getting close.
If you remove the jumper from HL switch term #13(RD/YEL) being sure the factory wire is still connected, do the lights go out?

IF YES, move the jumper you had on HL switch term #13(RD/YEL), to term #3(RD/BLK) on the integration relay. Do the lights come back on?

Removed jumper from #13 and lights went out. Put jumper on red/black and only the flash worked.

James I went back out and checked and actually the flash works without a jumper. I think it's because we installed the jumper on #1.

Edit, Mike, hold off on this until I get back to you

OK, you're doing GOOD, Mike.
If your jumper IS on term #3(RD/BLK of the integration relay, (as per the diagram I sent you) and you only have FLASH. This means there is an "open" in the wire or in the splice between the "DOT" on the diagram and the integration relay term #3. From the DOT (splice) to the HL relay, the circuit is good.

IF the connector at integration relay term #3 or HL Switch term #14 has 2 RD/BLK wires tied together on the same term, this is the first place to look.
IF there is only a single RD/BLK wire at INT RELAY term #3, and HL switch term 14, there has to be a splice somewhere in the harness connecting the RD/BLK wires from these two terminals. It may even be at term #4 on the socket for the HL relay.
Let me know what you find.
Sorry this is taking so long but, I'm being very careful how I word this as to avoid confusion.

Mike, you must be a mind reader. That's "EXACTLY" what I needed to know.
Go ahead and check out what's in my previous post and let me know. If you can't find an "open" we'll go to plan "B".

I checked under the Junction box with the H/L relay and could only see 1 wire going to the inside relay. And there is only 1 red/black going to the H/L switch. The wire bundle goes under the wheelwell and I'm unable to see if there is a splice there. Don't know if this will help but I checked the voltage on the red/yellow #13 and red/black going to the integration relay and they were both 12 volts.
