Here's all the specs for the front steering system. Be aware with an original equipment inner tie rod design, they want you to tighten it to the steering rack according to the amount of force it takes to cause it to move when pulling on it with a fish scale. That is an import thing. Most replacement inner tie rod ends come with the ball and socket already adjusted at the factory. That tension doesn't change as the socket is tightened down. In that case, go by the torque value listed on the sheet of instructions that come with the part.

I posted the front alignment specs in the third drawing, and the rear alignment specs and the ride height specs in the fourth drawing. If any of those are too small to read, try to copy them into a typing program such as MS Word, or I can cut them into pieces that I can expand for you.
