All warning lights are on. Can drive car, I already changed the 12V battery per one mechanic. When taking off from a stop or going up hill the car starts loosing power until I get to the top then it picks up speed. I notice I am running on gas only because I waste more gas per week. Any ideas what is wrong? It has no problem starting or driving it just do not have the power the car is still running the same way even after buying and replacing the new battery.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a plugged catalytic converter, Here is a guide so you can test it to see if I'm correct.

What is the display saying as far as the battery system providing power? It sounds like you may have a controller failure that is making it run only on gas. For that you need a good shop or dealer who knows the hybrid drive system. Not an uncommon failure on the Prius.
