Engine shut off while driving will not start

I bought the car listed above it ran great. Then on day three I was going down the road and it shut off no warning at all. I've made sure tank wasn't empty. Replaced battery, battery cables and connectors. Replaced spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, crank shaft sensor, fuel pump relay and nothing. It just cranks but won't turn over. Also when I checked all my fuses there is one spot that is missing a fuse. The cover says top but I have no clue what components that goes to or if it is important. Please help.

Hello,

Lets turn the key on without cranking the engine over to see if you can hear the fuel pump run in the tank for five seconds. Here is a guide that will helps as well:
