Sputtering and when driving over twenty MPH hour there is shaking

It has always had to be warmed up to drive and shift through gears, but now the engine will sputter a lot and shake a little anywhere past 20 MPH, but when at an idle I can rev it up as much as possible.

This sounds like the engine is misfiring which occurs first when the engine is under power. To be sure lets run the codes and go over these guides to confirm the issue.
