Truck is leaning to drivers side

I have a 1”lean to drivers side Replaced rear shocks made no difference. So does my trk have tortion bars that could be out of adjustment and could be adjusted. If so where are they I don’t see any bars!

Hello. This is a common thing with the S-series trucks. What you're looking for is and adjustment bolt, not a bar itself. It's in the image below. If memory serves, 1 clockwise rotation equals roughly a half inch lift. My suggestion would be to jack the truck up, turn that bolt 1 full turn, then go for a short ride. Maybe a mile or 2. Then remeasure and adjust accordingly. Keep going until it sits the way you want.
