Drove it to work and it was running fine. After work engine turns over but will not crank.

I guess your saying it cranks good, but won't start? Can you check for codes?
You might try some of the basic tests, have somebody crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have good spark everywhere, check the fuel pressure. Those spider fuel systems are known for problems.
You need a fuel pressure gage.
