My 1997 Saturn SL1 won't start when it's cold. It starts when the temp is about 10, for sure. Once it reaches 0 degrees or below it won't start at all, and the temp needs to warm up significantly for it to start. I've had it looked at multiple places and nobody can find anything wrong. What should I try?

My SL1 did the same thing and it was because the solenoid was froze up and then went out. All I had to do was change the starter and I no longer have the problem.I hope this helps.

It all depends on what the vehicle does when it does not start. If the engine cranks, then it could be a fuel related issue.
Possibility is a faulty fuel pressure regulator.
If it does not cark or clicks it could be a solenoid that is frozen.
To find out if it is the fuel pressure regulator, you will need to check the fuel pressure when it is below 0 or when it does not start.

Here is a helpful guide:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
