Saturn SL1 Starter Problem
Try to start the car and starter will NOT crank. Lots of power from battery(everything else works) but starter won't engauge. It is not all the time but intermitted. Totally at a lost.

So like a bad starter really common when they fail to o that on those cars.See if the purple wire at the starter has power with the key in the start position when it won't start?If so bad starter also when it won't start with the key in the start position tap on the starter lightly with a hammer if it starts bad starter.
