2007 Saturn Ion 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles
Check engine light goes on/ off. No problems with the car, but now the air conditioner will not work and the tempature guage will register as if the car is off. Turn the car off and then back on and everything works fine. Is this just a sensor going out?

Check engine light coming on you have an engine management system problem-you need to scan the computer for code/s this is your starting point to find out what's going on.
