1999 Saab 9-5 AFTER STARTING CAR, IT TURNS OFF IN 1-2 SECO
Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Saab 9-5 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
It just started doing this. You start the car it run for a second or so and goes off. Then I start it again and usually its fine.
The engine does not go out when driving.
It only those it when starting. Usually if it is warmed up.
It has been doing this for a few days. Usually the car stays on after restarting. Today it went of a second time. I had to crank it 3 times.

get fuel pressure checked ,do a leak down test also ,is there any codes in system ,vehicle may also need a major service ,like [new platinum plugs ,throttle body cleaning ,air filters replaced ,just saying ] area to check .
