Just waned to drop you a line an say thanks for the help and diagrams, I finally gave up and converted the ignition system to the HEI, system. Installed it today and wow started on first crank running and idles smooth, little adjustment to the timing about 9 degrees other wise hope that's all for now. Did find that the ECM was the culprit though, while I was waiting for another ICM because like you said turn around at door and have it tested 5 ICMs later ( must be a record ) lol got one but had ECM tested to find it was the problem child, will send pics soon as son comes home long enough with it thanks again

PRESENTLY KINDA STARTING TO WEAR MY GLASSES. HERE AND THERE

EYES AIN'T TERRIBLE, I DID PASS THE DEPT OF MOTOR VEHICLES EYE EXAM WITHOUT WEARING THEM. BUT NOW THE LEAVES ON TREES ARE REALLY "CRISP AND FOCUSED". IT'S LIKE THERE'S ANOTHER WOMEN IN MY HOUSE! (BUT SHE HOLLARS AT ME TOO!)

. THEN THERE'S THE "CLOSE INs", GOOD FOR ZERO TO THREE FEET. MUST TAKE 'EM OFF CONSTANTLY TO SEE OUT OF THAT REGION

.I RECKON I SHOULD GOT THEM BI-FOCALS!

I'M TRYING TO GET MOTIVATED TO FIX SOME RUST ON "MR. JEEP". ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF RECONFIGURING MY FUEL TANK SPOUT ON "WILLY" SO THAT I CAN INSTALL THE SHOVEL AND AX UNDER THE DRIVER'S DOOR
