The car has to be started 3 times before it will start.
The sound is good when you try to start it, it fires but does not catch.

There is a rattle sound that has become worse over the last 2 days. It rattles while you drive as if it is coming from under the car.

We do not have any information on your car in our data base, so i will out line the basics as this is where you should be starting anyway, first thing is to go get a scan and check for any unresolved fault codes, not all fault codes will set the engine check light, get a full tune done, and have the fuel rail pressure check, also fuel pressure retention. As for the noise i would be looking at cracked exhaust heat shields, broken exhaust mounts and loose exhaust muffler baffles, start here.
