Rough idle in drive and park

Changed spark plugs and did oil change. Code 300 could this be injector? Man told me bad motor, however it does not get hot or smoke or use oil. Starts right up, just not running right. (AutoZone code 300 said it was fuel injector)

Yes. An injector is a possible cause. This code is telling you that multiple cylinders are misfiring but not consistently enough to condemn one specific cylinder or multiple ones.

Changed injector now showing code for knock sensor. Still running rough idle. Still starts easy. Help I'm getting frustrated and costly to experiment and I need my vehicle for work.

What is the actual code? A faulty knock sensor could cause this as it is telling the PCM that there is a misfire so it is altering air/fuel to compensate for it which actually causes a misfire.

Let's start with the code and then I will send you the testing rather then just replacing the sensor because it could be the wiring or PCM.

It is showing code p325 knock sensor bank 1 and ran a compression test and cylinder 3 was low only 90.

Yep. That is the issue. Clearly if you have low compression on one cylinder then that will cause a misfire. Your minimum spec on compression is 130 PSI.

Long story short, we need to find the cause of the low compression on that cylinder. The knock sensor issue can be addressed after the compression is fixed.

Since you found low compression, we now need to find out where we are loosing that compression. You do this by performing a cylinder leakage test. Basically you set that cylinder on TDC on the compression stroke and then put about 20 PSI of compressed air to the cylinder and listen to the intake, exhaust pipe, bubbling in the cooling system, and oil fill cap for where you hear air escaping. This will tell you which component in the combustion chamber is leaking.

Put new injector still missing. Now cording knock sensor. Could this be the culprit? I really don't have the money to keep putting hundreds of dollars into maybe.
Any ideas would be helpful.

I am a little confused. You said you had low compression which is caused by a leak in the cylinder either by the rings, valve, or a head gasket leak.

Replacing the injectors won't correct the compression issue so we need to do a cylinder leak test to determine where the compression is escaping.
