I have changed plugs and boots, put new fuel filter on, checked air flow, and still it spits and sputters mostly up hills but all the time I am driving. I had a diagnostic ran on it and they said it was a fouled plug number 4 I put new ones in and the engine light went off but it kept doing what it was doing drove it for about a week longer and engine light is back on. Could you maybe tell me something else I can check before taking it to a shop and spending a small fortune?

Yes I can. When you put the boots on, there was a big plastic housing that you connected the boots to. This is called the coil cover, replace it. This will definately not cost you a small fortune. Hope this helps
