1999 Pontiac Grand Am Repair Question

Whats wrong with my car? it has random misfire on the diagonstic test, a water leak and even when theres water in it it gets warm

Its a 99 grand am 4cyl 2.4L it is knocking has full oil and allentioned in question. Has new spark plugs and boots. Please help thanks

the carrier for the coils and module arecommon for failure. i would replace the carrier, coils and module.
