1997 Grand Voyager SE Radiator Relay question

Service Engine Soon light on. Did the on-off-on-off-on key thing, got error code 35:

Radiator fan control relay circuit - open or short detected in the low speed radiator fan relay control circuit.

Could you please give me any insight on this: on what it could be and on what it might take to fix it? I don't want to go to the mechanic ignorant, and am wondering if this is something simple to fix or a really big expense.

Also, if I run with the AC on at all times (it is Florida), will the AC fan run and keep the radiator cool? I don't want to warp the heads or do huge damage.

Turn on the a/c and see if the fan comes on. Does it have 1 or 2 fans? Have replaced many of the speed control relays themselves.

It was the relay alone. Changed it and now all is well.
