1994 Plymouth Voyager brakes

I have a 94 voyager and I just replaced the pads, and 1 rotor. After I got everything back together, when the van is started, there are no brakes. If the car is turned off, the brakes are working properly. Any help? Thanks

Have you pumped the pedal until it's firm? If so tell me exatly how you did the job, any bleeders opened?

I ended up having some air in the line and got it bled. Thanks anyways.
