1996 Plymouth Breeze Rear Driver Side Brake,Parking,Turn an

Electrical problem
1996 Plymouth Breeze 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

Rear Driver Side Brake,Parking,Turn and Reverse Lights do not work. Bulbs ok. Replaced taillamp circuit board, di not fix problem. Front driver blinker blinks extra fast

The fast blinking indicates there is not a completed circuit (burnt bulb or no connection. I hate to say it, but you need to follow the wiring to locate where the power is lost. Not a fun job.
