I have replaced every piece of the cooling system with new parts from the hoses to the radiator to the water pump to the thermostat to the heater core to the peacock. All this to no avail. The engine is still overheating. I have pressure tested leak tested compression tested and still no where to turn. What could it be?

Two things come to mind the first is a blown head gasket or checked cylinder heads or block. This guide should help us confirm the failure.

Next is that the engine is really overheating but the gauge sender is off making the engine look like it.

Here are two guides to help us see if this is the case:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-an-infrared-temperature-meter

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-overheating-or-running-hot

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

I have ran both of the tests and the block is upwards of 290 and hoses are at 110 after the vehicle overheats it is like the thermostat releases and then the vehicle no longer overheats and goes back to normal operating temp

I have seen where the belt configuration or something gets messed up to where the water pump is getting turned backwards can you check this diagram to make sure the water pump is getting turned the right way please.

Take a look at this guide.
