Overheating

This vehicle is driving me nuts. Replaced water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, head gaskets and temperature sensor. But, when I run it at 1,500 rpm's for a few minutes it says its maxed out on temperature and overheating protection alarm comes on and then goes into limp mode. After replacing all this stuff but when you turn it off it shows no sign of being hot. No steam no gurgling no overflow nothing but computer says it is. What the heck! Can anyone help before I set it on fire?

Hello,
I would replace the temperature sending unit it sounds like it has a loose connection or internal problem. Also you check the the temperature with one of these:
