So my car won't start it's not getting spark and the fuel pump not kicking on when key is turned. There's brand spark plugs and wires the dizzy is new fuel pump is new, but the crazy thing is; when I plug in a code reader to the obd2 port the fuel pump works when you turn the key to the on position but still wont start.

Good afternoon,

Are there any codes set in the system?

The distributor is a very common failure. There are sensors inside that fil and affects both the fuel pump and spark. I attached a picture below of the distributor.

Also, remove the distributor cap and make sure the rotor turns when cranking. That will tell me the timing belt is working.

Okay, then I would replace the distributor.

I gave you the picture in a previous post. You cannot install it wrong as the gear is keyed to only go in one way.

I attached a wiring diagram for you.

Verify power to the black/yellow wire at the distributor with the key on.

Assuming the new distributor is good, you have a second crank sensor behind the timing cover at the crankshaft gear.
