Turn Signal flasher

have a flasher for the truck . I look in the book for the truck can't find were I put in the new flasher

Help PLEASE!
Where the heck is the turn signal relay located in my 1991 Nissan basic 4-cyl pickup truck? Can't use my truck without turn signals (Can't afford a police ticket) but I need transportation direly! Anyone with an answer for me? The sooner the better, PLEASE!

Under the left side of dash-right besides the brake/stop light switch.

This relay is on the fuse block on the left side of the dash as everyone is stating. However, here are a couple more pieces of info on this.
