1989 Nissan Truck Turn signal not working

Hello, I had a question about my turn signal. My front passenger side blinker is out (blinks fast on dash) but all the other one's work fine. The bulb is good, I tested the circuit with a test light and it didnt show any power getting to the bulb. Is it possible that the flasher relay could effect only one corner blinker? Or what other ideas might you have? Any info greatly appreciated, thanks!

Flasher would effect all of the signal bulbs. It is probably the housing of the bulb that is bad. Or the wiring to the housing has damage or loose connection somewhere along the line.
