Can you give me an idea what the problem is and how I can fix it?

From the top of the engine is the valve cover gasket. That is fairly simple, you can do it yourself.

If it is from the bottom, it is the oil pan gasket. You have to remove your exhaust pipe to gain access to remove the pan. You can still do it, but it is a pain. Be prepared with new exhaust gaskets and bolts. You will need new ones, I promise.

If it is coming from the belt area, it will be either your camshaft seals (either one) or your crankshaft seal. That is a major pain.
