1997 Nissan Pathfinder ENGINE BOGS DOWN

Recently replaced wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, exhaust from cats back(not cats though) had engine compression test done cylinder 3 very low compression, am getting spark and gas too, my problem is when I start truck now it sounds awful idels rough, when I try to drive engine bogs down, no power, egr tested good, get flashing CE LIGHT when I drive, then when I stop its a steady CE LIGHT
any ideas what the problem is

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on. And come back with the code/s-we start here.
