Then Engine Light code is P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected - Cylinder 1 Missfire.

Initial Resolution:

Changed Air Filter $14
Added seafoam S11
To the oil change ( Semi Syntetic Castrol High milage) and gas tank to clean Oil and Fuel reladed components.

Problem has not reocurred.

Will change spark plugs ( Platinum 2 for $10) @ 100000 mils to elimiate one electrica componend.

Try those resolution first before following the Nissan Help sugestions of Replacing more COSTLY PARTS!

Please post if similar resolutions have resolved the P030x Fameily of error codes Cylinders missfire !!commenly known as engine shake or vibrations @ idel or loss of power during acceleratrion, slow or no "stuck" responce from accelerator.!!
Hope this helps some one to save money and frustration incured by the non trustworthy Blanket replacment policies of Name Brand Car Dealers in general.
