I am getting bad engine vibrations sometimes

My car is shaking ( vibrate ) strongly once in a while and the check engine light is blinking and then disappeared. No codes. What can it be?Thanks

You could be having a poor idling issue. Have the throttle body and ISC cleaned and retest.
