My 1999 Honda Civic dies while driving, idling and if I start and stop it too much when it is warm outside. While it is winter weather or early mornings it works and starts up just fine. Please any advice on how to resolve this problem.
Sometimes if it dies and I hit the top of the dash it will start up again. There is no warning when it dies and the honda dealer said they couldn't get the car to die for them. It dies for me every week at the most inconvenient times. Please help. ---Amber

Hitting the dash maybe a coincidence. There are a couple of relays in realy box under dash and you may have one loose. Or if anything was recently installed under dash have it rechecked as something may be loose
