The car in the middle of driving with stall. I'll hear a low click and then the engine shuts off like I turn off the car.
The power steering goes out. Then it takes several trys to re-start it.

I had this same problem in just the past few weeks and it is the ignition switch. (I posted here a week or so ago and have since had it to my mechanic). Car would stall while driving, low click, dash lights and radio still worked, started right up. Mechanic couldn't determine exact cause. Then, I noticed when key was in III acc position sometimes dash would light up, windows would work, sometimes not. Took it back in and when mechanic touched key while driving it would stall again. Wouldn't happen all the time. Honda has a recall on ignition switches for this model. Go to the official honda website, put in your VIN number and it will tell you if it's covered. Mine, of course was not. Cost will be around $330 because two componets have to be replaced. I would check the ACC position and jiggle or touch key while driving in a parking lot to see what happens. Hope this helps.
