2000 Mercury Sable Rough Idle and problems shifting gears.

I recently had my 2000 Mercury Sable serviced and I am experiencing problems with it again. The car idles roughly when in low gear and seems to have problems shifting into higher gears. Engine has to be running in good condition and fine tuned for the tranny to work on its best
my suggestion to you is to have a look under the hood look for vacuum leaks
check the tune up plugs and wires and so on
also I ask do you have check engine light on
if so scan car get codes and let me know
