1984 Other Mercedes Benz Models stalling
I recently bought a mercedes benz 500 sec, and it is hard to start when engine is cold. I have to hold down the gas until it gets warmed up. Also when driven normal it runs fine, but when the gas is pressed down hard, and after coming to a stop the engine dies. Also when stopping the car, the rpm's go up and down fast.

Hi there,
you have a number of issues with the injection system, i would start with vacuum leaks, and fuel pressure and filter. there is a cold start injector that well may be faulty. you will have to find a mechanic who understands this system, many wont as it is a Bosch system typical for European cars.
