My 300e merc is causing the following.
Everyday drive no problem.
If standing without driving for more than 2 days it starts without any problem and after 10minutes of driving it loosing power and than stops. Will not start. After 50minutes of cooling down it starts and than one can drive without any further problem.

Car has new fuel pumps, new fuel and air filter. Fuel relay is not a problem has been changed.
Spar plugs new, leads in good condition, coil has been replaced.
Car is well looked after and regularly has been serviced.
No mechanic even mercedes benz has any idea what is causing.

Please help!!!

Sounds like the cold start valve. It supplies fuel when cold. (like a choke) As the motor warms up this valve closes and you run normally. Sounds like yours is working as it should when cold but is not backing off and from what I have been told the motor stalls from flooding. This would make sense in your case because you said it runs fine after waiting a while and when you restarted your motor was already somewhat warmed up and the valve did not activate. While that part might be causing the problem, it might not be the one you replace. I believe the cold start valve is triggered by by a signal recieved from the temperature sensor.
