2005 Kia Optima Check engine light cames on and my tachstop
Engine Performance problem
2005 Kia Optima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 68000 miles
My Check engine light cames on and my tachometer stops working at the same time, if I remove and re-attach the NEG battery cable everything is fine no light tach is fine until I get the check engine light and the tach dies. I get a code P0320, the car runs fine weather the light is off or on it doesn’t seem to effect anything but the tach and light any help is appreciated
Thanks Lee

There were some notes in Mitchell that suggest you may have a "Ignition Failure Sensor" that is bad, which will make the code you said and the tach not work.It is located on the back of the engine.
