When I stopped my 2004 Kia to go into the store, and came back out it wouldn't start.
The engine won't turn over. When you turn over the ignition, it turns for a short one second weak 1/2 turn, nothing else...
The battery is only a month old.
The battery terminals seem to be clean and tight. With the headlights on, and you try to start it, they go out.
I'm also having trouble locating the starter...

Get the battery and alternator load tested-double check all connections leading to and from the battery and alternator-also check for excessive parastic draw on the electrical system before we get into the start circuit
