Car would not start when I went out to go to work. Worked with for a moment and it started. Notice that empty gas tank symbol showing. After driving with the empty gas tank light on and filling with half a tank of gas car stalled for a moment but then started. After driving to work which about 20 miles from home and parking in garage tried to restart car and it would not turn over all lights lit up, seat belt, engine etc. lights but car would not start.

Have you checked to see if the engine is getting spark and fuel? My guess is that you picked up dirt from the tank and it plugged the fuel filter or the pump is going bad. Check fuel pressure and make sure you are getting spark and let me know what you find.
