I had recently got this vehicle listed above Laredo. I don't know much about it. It drove just fine when I bought it and drove it an hour or so away to my home.
The following day, I take the vehicle out, and as I get up to 25-30 mph it started slipping gears. Then the engine light appears. I have had to put it in neutral and back in drive to gain a little speed. I ended up taking it to O'Reilly for a diagnostic test. I was told 3 sensors were bad (4, 5, 6) for they need replaced. I took it to Docs Automotive, they ended up replacing senor 2!
One day passed by. The car ended up dying over night. Hooked up the jumper cables and it starts right up! The car ran fine for half the day? I was trying to head to the store but the gears slipped completely and now it will not drive. But it will go in reverse. I don't know what the issue is. Any suggestions and help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning,

Remember, parts stores sell parts. They are not technicians. Codes rarely tell the failure, just the area of failure.

Let start with the codes? Can I have the codes?

As far as it not moving, it may be an internal failure of the front clutch pack since it has reverse.

Okay, thanks.

They are misfire codes for the engine cylinders 4,5 and 6.

You would need to do a compression test first to be sure there are no engine issues internally with the motor itself.
