My daughter stopped for a red light and her engine stopped running, after the vehichle sat for around 10- 15 minutes before I got there, I was able to restart the engine. While drivingg it home it hesitated once byt continued running. What is the most likely suspect in this scenerio? To me it sounds like either an ignition problem or fuel system issue.

It could be a coil problem or a problem with a wire that needs corrosion removed or a wire that is shorting out somewhere. It could also be your pick up coil. Small chance it could be a fuel pump because when they quit. They quit and do not start up again. Also, it may be as simple as bad gas, try adding some seafoam first before anything else.
