1998 Jeep Laredo The car starts and immediately shuts down

The car needed a computer. A working computer was just installed. The car starts up but immediately shuts down afterward. What's the problem?

I need the fuel pressure before we can move on-I'm trying to eliminate the fuel system out of the picture before I move to other complicated areas. Its not simple trying to fix this over the internet remember am not with the vehicle.

The problem here could be electrical/ignition system/fuel system
