Every time I run my air my car don't won't to start as if its not getting gas. Sometimes when I pump my gas pedal repeatedly it will start and I can also smell gas

The car has to be scanned for codes any auto parts store can do this then you have to check fuel pressure with a gauge to make sure it is at the proper pressure as that can be one of the things that is causing your problem. A scanner is typically used to check the sensors in the engine for proper operation. Engine sensors tell the computer what is going on so your engine will run properly these two things have to be done in order to see what is wrong if anything with your car.
