Info button and clock button on steering wheel not working?

It all started when I purchased the vehicle.

1. I can't adjust the time settings. (This model has no H or M button and also no set button)

2. I can't access the trip computer to see fuel consumption.

I have replaced the clock spring.

I have also replaced the circuit board on the steering wheel for the buttons.

I have connected to a launch diagnostic tool and have found nothing to point me in the right direction.

Is your launch diagnostic tool a CAN scanner? If not, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

This will scan the body portion of the car not just the drivetrain. I would first check the ROOM fuse inside the car under the dash. Then let's use a voltmeter to test the connection of the WHITE/BLUE wire from the info switch to the info display, here is a guide to help and the wiring diagrams to help, if the connection is good, you may have a BCM going out.
