Incorrect speedometer readings

I own a 98 Honda Civic EX with 96,900 miles. I'm having a problem with the speedometer reading 5 mph faster than what the car is actually moving at. Meaning, if the speedometer reads 55 mph, the car is really moving at 50 mph. There are no engine lights on, and the speedometer is not jumping around. I suspect it's either the speed sensor or speedometer. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dale

Yes. The tire sizes are correct on the car.
