First thing in the morning, I will go ut to my car and start it, if I don't let my car warm up for at least 5 to 10 minutes, and I go to drive it, I have to reverse out of my driveway, so if I go in reverse, when car is still cold, car will stall out, and I will start it again and I have to leave my foot on accelerator, and you can smell exhaust and gas fumes, But if I let car warm up it won;t do that-just thought you should know too my car is a civis si and it has a skunk 2 throttle body kit on it, headers, and an intake.

Does that throttle body kit have a fast idle valve?

It sounds like you have an idle system issue when it's cold. Check the IACV, FITV, vacuum leaks, and idle stop screw.
