I get this little knock if I rev fast only last for less then a second, car isn't smoking, car runs perfect ! When I rev slow nothing happens normal but when I push the gas pedal fast to rev it has this little knock.

What can this be?

Could be a motor mount, exhaust hitting somewhere, or a problem within the engine internally.

For example, it may be rod bearings, if these are knocking, it will sound like a deep hammering sound coming from the engine. Note that worn bearings will not cause the vehicle to smoke or burn oil excessively.
